The ACM SIGIR conferences have the tradition of inviting first-time SIGIR participants for a free breakfast: the Newcomers Breakfast. Here you can meet your fellow newcomers and some veteran attendees as well. Join us in Hotel Krasnapolsky's St. John's Rooms on Tuesday 24 July at 7:30 - 8:45.
