New Industry Day at SIGIR

ACM SIGIR 2007 introduces a new Industry Day event, held on Friday, July 27th. Industry Day targets an audience interested in industrial strength indexing and search technology with a program comprised of a mix of in-depth expert talks, vendor presentations and IR challenge case descriptions presented by IR practitioners.

Vendors and industry people who would like to propose a presentation or request a particular topics to be addressed are invited to email the Industry Day Program Chair, including "Industry Day Program" in the subject line.
