The proceedings of SIGIR 2014, along with the schedule, is available in the ACM Digital Library App for iOS and the ACM Digital Library App for Android. Download the app, login using your ACM login, and it should recognise you and your institution. Look for SIGIR2014 under conferences. If you do not have an ACM login, login while at your institution and it should remember where you logged in and give you appropriate access to the Digital Library.
